- The foam block is put onto the conveyor belt
- the position of the drill holes is controlled by a laser sensor
- the finished paint rollers are ejected from the foam block and collected in a case underneath the machine or led on to the round off machine Type MAR by a transportation belt
- at the end of the machine the empty block is removed for disposal
