Mixing, Metering & Dispensing Machine Type MUD-R
for two or more component systems with a programmable mixing ratio
By means of two precision gear pumps driven by pulse motors the machine meters. The following settings are possible at the installed display:
- mixing ratio
- dispensing quantity in grams per shot
- setting the speed (flow speed)
- display of the required dispensing time
- 999 recipes can be memorized
- metering and pot time of the safety device (starts a dispensing after the pot time expires)
- calibrating programme to adjust the machine to the different specific weights and viscosities
4 operating modes are possible
- Constant operation (machine dispenses compo-nent A and B as long as the foot switch is actuated).
- Step by step operation (machine dispenses one shot after actuating the foot switch or receiving an external signal).
- Interval operation 1 with automatic turning plate control (machine dispenses component A and B, alternating mixture, dispensing then pause, as long as the foot switch is actuated).
- Interval operation 2 (machine dispenses component A and B after actuating the foot switch, alternating with dispensing and pause and dispensing again, until foot switch is re-actuated).
